Shipping
** US Shipping update:
All orders to US will be shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Meaning you won't have to pay for any fees at delivery. I'll prepay taxes and duties for you :)
** Due to new law, I can't ship to Europe. Sorry for the inconvenience!
** UK customers please order via my Etsy. I don't have all of the items available there so if you'd like to purchase any items from my shop, please email me the items you want and I can create a custom listing on Etsy with the total price for you.
** Please check Auspost website to see if your country accepts shipment from Australia
Due to COVID-19, there will be delays in delivery services. Please be patient if your order arrives later than usual.

Processing time:
- 5-7 business days. I usually pack orders during the weekends as I have a full-time job :)
- You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order and after your order is shipped.

Lettermail | No tracking: 3 days -2 weeks
Parcel | With tracking: 3-7 business days
Note: I can send keychains, phone grips using lettermail in Australia but I will not re-send the order if it is lost during delivery due to limited stocks. If you want to have peace of mind then please select tracked parcel.

Lettermail | No tracking: 1 month -3 months. Please use this option for stickers ONLY
Parcel | With tracking
- Zone 1: New Zealand (5-15 working days)
- Zone 2: United States, Cananda (10-23 working days)
- Zone 3: Rest of the world (15-30 working days)
Custom:
International buyers are responsible for their country's customs or import taxes upon receiving the items.
Returns/ Exchange:
I don't accept return or exchange unless the items are damaged upon arrival. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order. I will try my best to sort things out :)
Lost order:
For untracked mail, once the order is shipped out, it's beyond my control. I will not refund/resend the lost order so please keep this in mind before ordering. I recommend you select tracked parcel if this is a concern.
Please make sure you check your contact details (name, address) carefully before placing orders. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping fee when an item is returned/abandoned due to incorrect/ incomplete address.
